About Michele

Background

Michele began her development career in 1992 at Russell Sage College where she coordinated donor relations events in conjunction with the college's $15 million campaign.  Prior to becoming a consultant in 2010, Michele spent 9 years at Emma Willard School directing their Major Gifts and Planned Giving Program.  During that time, Emma received 2 landmark gifts and successfully completed what was, at that time, the largest campaign ever for a girls’ independent school.  Michele has worked for a variety of non-profits and education institutions including Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, the College of William & Mary, Albany Academy for Girls, and Albany Law School.  She is an experienced solicitor who is adept at coaching others.  Through consulting Michele dedicates herself to helping non-profits maximize their fund raising potential in order to support the important work that they do.
